Don't lose that number!

Ok... couldn't come up w/ a catchier title so I stole from the TO Star. I don't think they'd sue me... would they? ;)

Anywho, I'm not sure if any of y'all have noticed, but lately, many a TV shows have stopped using the 555-555-5555 for phone #'s etc. The first instance was on Scrubbies. Turns out when you called the #, there were instances that Donald Faison or Zach Braff would actually answer. I never did try it. What would I say to them if they answered? "Sorry, I was wanting to speak to Cal Turk?

Second instance was in the previous ep of 24. Although there have been previous articles of ppl calling the numbers that showed on show, the TO Star one mentions all three instances & what happened when they called. Coolio!

If you're a fan of LOTR and Lost, I'm sure that means you're a fan of Dominic Monaghan.

If so, here's a fun article on his transition fr. LOTR to Lost via Rolling Stones.

How excited am I?

Unlike others who have vowed to blog more, clearly my New Yr's resolution is to NOT blog. It's been nearly a month since my last entry. But I have an excuse... really! I've been busy @ work!

Anyway, I don't know about y'all, but I'm mondo psyched for this week's Degrassi! Jay & Silent Bob will appear in this upcoming Monday's ep for the first of a three ep arch! WEEEE!

I think I'm even more psyched right now 'cause I've been watching Dogma.

Side note: Could I have been any more wrong w/ all my choices for the Golden Globes?

She's blonde?

Although I used to be a fan of the X-Men comic when I was younger, can't say that I really read any others. In fact, I can't even remember if I have ever read an entire issue of the most famous comic - Superman.

So w/ this said, my image of Lois Lane is ::drumroll:: Desperate Housewives' Susan Mayer aka Teri Hatcher. Pourquoi, you may ask? Sadly enough, Lois & Clark was one of my fave shows back in the day. Can you blame me? I was still young! My mind wasn't developed enough to distinguish b/n crap and quality television programming - not that it has evolved much since. ;)

Anywho, it's just been announced that Kate Bosworth & Kevin Spacey has joined the cast of the new Superman movie. Kate beat out the likes of Claire Danes & Linda Cardellini for the role of Lois. The only Kate Bosworth movies I've seen is How to Win a Date w/ Tad Hamilton & what a jem it was! </sarcasm> Despite her lacklustre performance, I guess I can see her as Lois. She would be a "cuter" Lois than the one that Linda Cardellina may portray. But of course, I will always see Linda as Lindsay Weird in Freeks & Geeks.
