Holy Cdn connections

Was perusing through Google News the other day & came across an article in the National Post that pnts out that Every.Single. best film nominee for the Oscars this year has a fairly strong connection to the True North.

Some might say that the reporter is pulling @ straws here, but I think it's a pretty cool observation & perhaps the Cdn movie industry isn't as pathetic as some may think...
