Crossing the floor...

While I try to stay away from politics on my blog, I must admit that I'm glad that I don't live in David Emerson's riding. Must admit that I would be pretty peeved, especially if I voted for him.

It might be hippocritical of me, but I think it's one thing to cross the floor as a Tory to the Liberals, but it's another to do it the other way. Granted, I'm quite biased as I'm in no way a Conservative Party supporter.

However, it also bugs me that the Tories made such an uproar when Belinda Stronach crossed the floor to the Liberals. That's like the pot calling hte kettle black. Not to mention, @ least Belinda stayed w/ the party for several months, figured out that her ideals and the party's ideals aren't a matched and *then* crossed the floor. Emerson on the other hand... If the Liberals win the next election & he somehow miraculously wins again, watch him cross the floor again.
